Site Dossier — Blackridge
Site-14 is a deep-mountain Class-IV containment installation operated under direct authority of the Overseer Council. Constructed in 1247 beneath the Blackridge range, the facility houses a mix of Safe, Euclid, and Keter-class anomalies.
01 — Operational Mandate
Site-14 maintains containment of designated anomalies and conducts sanctioned research under the Foundation's three pillars: Secure, Contain, Protect. All deployments fall under the jurisdiction of the Site Director and the Council of O5.
02 — Historical Notes
Originally a Cold War munitions facility, Site-14 was repurposed after the 1961 Blackridge Incident — details of which remain sealed under Level 5 clearance. The original blast doors are still in service.
03 — Containment Breach Record
Site-14 has experienced 11 documented full-scale breaches since commissioning. All have been resolved with on-site MTF assets. Casualty figures remain classified.
